It took me ~18 months to get comfortable with what people now call “vibe coding” — using AI as a collaborator to move from idea → prototype → shipped thing without a big team.
I shipped my first real product, Adgena, in about three weeks. It takes a product URL and generates short video ads automatically. The goal was to compress something that usually costs thousands of dollars and weeks into something fast enough to experiment with.
The project started as a side experiment after a coffee-pot video unexpectedly went viral. I kept pulling on the thread and treated AI as a force multiplier, not a replacement for judgment.
I’m building in public, learning by shipping, and treating this as a long-term lab rather than a single startup.
If you’re interested in fast product experiments, small tools, and pragmatic AI usage, that’s the direction I’m heading.
