Confirm we have Cloud Run and Managed Airflow services down in ew-2 and unable to start since ~7:06 BST. We saw a momentary blip in Cloud SQL but that seemed to fix itself almost immediately for us, we got lucky I suppose based on other comments here.
Another HN thread mentioned their Google rep said the cause is a power outage [1] which is being resolved.
Seems to have been down since about 7AM BST.
And has taken down Revolut: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cxdd8mm6qy4mo

FYI: we've been having problems connecting to the db all this time, but that's been fixed now
This might also be affecting the Revolut outage.
Ah, good call. I complained about the Revolut outage before getting to the office, then started complaining about the GCP outage. Revolut is GCP-only

Can confirm, ew-2 is blown. VPC, cloud sql, filestore, gcs, everything worth a damn is dead
AlloyDB down too.
We've been told by our DPD account rep that it was some kind of google update that failed, according to what google is telling DPD
At this point, it's down for 1h :/
affecting DPD services due to the google outage, no major reports from google though strangely even though DPD IT confirmed it was down.
a couple years back, they redesigned their status page, making it incredibly hard to find outages and history

Thank Thomas Kurain for this, he brought the Oracle ethos to Google Cloud, it's been downhill ever since
