This is honestly astonishing. You can see the traffic drop by about 40 % after the first two strikes, and the third one brought it down to ~ 0 %.
I am curious: it says "0.3%" (or "0.5%") of "max" - something survived.-
I'd say that's noise, matching IPs to an ASN isn't straightforward.
