I totally agree with you. When you spend hours mindlessly scrolling on social media, you aren't actually being productive, and it feels like it ruins your brain. On the other hand, if I'm feeling a bit stressed after coding, I'll hop into a game, and it helps me relax. Whenever I waste two hours doomscrolling, I end up regretting it because I didn't get any real enjoyment out of it. But if I play games for two hours, I feel refreshed afterward and definitely think the time was worth it.
