It’s bizarre how US constitution started with rights and they get slowly eroded away.
Abortion is not a state issue, it’s a medical issue between a woman and her doctor.
States and Federal laws have gotten more nosy. Less separation of church and state.
The exact moment a collection of cells becomes sentient or human sentient remains unsolved.
For that reason this remains a contentious issue for many.
