So, in general, the mechanism is this:
You want to do something quickly -> you make mistakes due to rushing -> and it takes longer.
or
You do something slowly -> you learn precision or proficiency -> you make fewer mistakes -> and you speed up.
Ok, it makes sense :) It's worth applying in life
