Hi HN, I built this because Claude Code loads all rule files on every prompt, wasting tokens on irrelevant rules.

  ai-nexus adds a semantic router hook that picks only the rules you need per prompt — keyword matching by default, or AI-based       
  selection (GPT-4o-mini/Claude Haiku) for ~$0.50/month.
